1) Linda Lenore, one-of-three non-Asian Certified Feng Shui Masters in North America, traveled around the globe ultimately obtaining her certification in the Canary Islands through Qi-Mag International Institute of Feng Shui and Geobiology, the world’s largest Feng Shui School. Also, she has trained with 22 Masters during her 23+ years of study and has performed nearly 5,500 consultations.
2) As a Certified Green Building Professional and the only “Vital Home/Vital Office” consultant in North America - a distinction obtained in Europe and a standard by which environments are rated for high-energy and harmonious building conditions – she creates spaces of vitality and prosperity in not-for-profit establishments, educational institutions, medical & healthcare facilities, community planning & multi-use facilities, as well as residential & commercial buildings.
3) She’s been featured in the San Jose Mercury News (Front Page, “Above-the Fold”, 2-page spread) titled “Corporate Balancing Act”, which was also picked up by other papers throughout North America, plus featured in a Syndicated Group of both Japanese and Korean Newspapers.
4) Linda has been in the design field for over 45 years. Her award-winning designs have appeared in the media through magazines such as Better Homes & Gardens Special Interests Publications, newspapers, and television, including special recognition on the Super Bowl for both the designed building and her client, who was thrilled with the publicity & fame.
5) Some of her corporate clients include: Booz-Allen & Hamilton/Washington, DC, The Ritz-Carlton/Half Moon Bay, Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer, America On-Line (AOL), Harley-Davidson, The UPS Stores, IBM, and The Wild Bird Centers.
6) She has been quoted as a Feng Shui expert in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Christian Science Monitor, The Business Journals of San Francisco, San Jose, and Silicon Valley. Parts of her life story have appeared in Reader’s Digest and Lifetime TV/Media.
7) Most recently, Linda appeared on the Hallmark Channel’s morning talk show. She’s also appeared on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and FOX television stations in programs such as Evening Magazine, Good-Morning Jacksonville, Henry’s Garden and Primetime, has been interviewed on radio stations throughout the nation, and was interviewed for a Feng Shui documentary in Europe.
8) Having met stringent selection criteria, Linda is honored to be an ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) Distinguished Speaker for 2008. As an educator, Linda is a University of California faculty member where she teaches classes in Feng Shui, Universal, and Green/Sustainable design. She’s lectured at colleges and universities across the nation including San Jose State, Santa Clara University and Stanford University.
9) As a leader in Feng Shui and built environment, Linda has been educating the real estate community about Feng Shui principles and their affect on the housing market since 1985.

11) Linda Lenore is the author of the Best-Seller,” The Gift of the Red Envelope: A Guide to Designing Balance, Order and Beauty in Your Home,” (which has been translated into Spanish and recorded for the blind), a contributing author to several books including “Organizing Options”, “Gifts That Heal,” & “Rocket Mom”, plus an international columnist of “Balancing Inner Spaces.” She’s authored several “Special Reports” and 75+ articles on Feng Shui, Sustainable & Universal Design.
12) Her 25-city-book-tour began in Kansas City and covered the continent, often to standing-room-only crowds.
13) “The Gift of the Red Envelope” was on the Top-10 Best Seller list in stores for several months and was reviewed as a “must read” through independent bookstores.
14) Her videos, “Nurturing the Soul” and “Environments That Heal” have been distributed throughout North America as a leading educational tool on Feng Shui for both the layperson and the design community. In the 1980’s, her audiotape, “Feng Shui: A Western Approach,” was the first to connect Feng Shui with practical Western interior and exterior design.
15) As a professional member of the National Speakers Association, Linda has been featured at over 20 Home and Garden Shows throughout North America with topics on home, garden, green/sustainable, and Feng Shui design. She was the first Certified ASID Educator to present Feng Shui to the design field at the ASID National Conference (3-years), is an 11-year presenter at the ASID Career Day, and a 6-year presenter at the NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) Conferences and Conventions. She presented to the largest meeting for the Washington, DC chapter of the International Building Association and American Institute of Architects. She was the most requested presenter - an unprecedented 6 years - at the Sacramento Bee’s A Woman’s Day Event, an event that drew over 3,000 women each of its last 4 years.
16) In 1998, Linda was the featured speaker at the Canadian Interior Design, Architecture and Builders’ Conference, “Environments Inside Out” in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 1997, she was a guest presenter at the first World Healing Summit & Esalen Indian Tribal Peace Summit.
17) Healing environments include; Kaiser Permanente Hospitals in Santa Clara, San Jose/Santa Teresa, and Redwood City, Stanford University Hospital and Medical Center, St. Lukes Hospital, Mills-Peninsula Hospital, Sequoia Hospital, and Lucille Packard’s Children Center & Hospital.
18) An avid networker, Linda has formed over 75 networking groups and taught individuals how to build thriving businesses using ancient wisdom and modern techniques. At women-in-business conferences, she has presented to standing-room-only crowds at convention centers in major cities, addressing the issues women face in today’s society. She is the founder of a Spiritual Networking Women's Group (1995) – a group designed to support the many aspects of women in business.
