We All Know What To Do, BUT Are We Doing What We Know?

A great speaker, Anthony Robbins once said that with it comes to doing something, anything for that matter; we already know how to do it. Ask yourself theses questions. Do you know much about losing weight and becoming fit? Do you know how that proper nutrition and exercise is the key ingredient to losing weight? How about being successful and increasing your income? Of course you do!

You have taken the workshops, the classes, picked up the "Dummies guide to everything and anything," as well as hired coaches and mentors. The honest truth is when it comes down to it; you already know the keys to unlock your potential. You already know the struggles you will face when starting a small business. You already understand your SWAT analysis. You already know the goals, sacrifices which must occur first. So why is it that you are still struggling?

So, knowing that most of us already what to do because it’s in our head, why is it not getting done? It’s because we are living and listening to our heads instead of our heart!

It’s not until we put it in our heart and completely commit to actually doing it that our lives begin to take a different path. No other person can give meaning to your life but YOU. If you are unsure, scared, or worried that the path/career you are on is not correct for you, than it is NOT. Once you find your passion, devote yourself to it. Plant the seed knowing exactly what kind of fruit it will grant back to you. Practice patience and listen with an open heart. Your small or career might take a slow start but it’s only to train you to be ready for the fast pace once it gets going.

Have you ever wondered, “I wished I knew that small company out of someone’s garage was going to be Microsoft, Yahoo, or even Google?”

Approach your business just like that. You are that small business and you WILL be big on day. Treat yourself and your company with the same respect. Appreciate people and their dedication to you.

Here’s a small tip to remember, build your net worth by building your network. Meet new people and really get to know them. When you show interest in their passion and try to help them in their endeavors, you are always remembered and when you need their help, they gladly return the commitment. Join your local networking groups and really give your best. Just belonging to several groups is not going to get you the attention you need. If you are able to help others, or you are great at referring them, stick around the group. If you are not referring and feel the group is not referring you to anyone, it might be time to find another group. You will only be as noticeable and powerful as the people you surround yourself with.

Simple steps of starting something great:
1. Know what you want
a. Have a plan, which is followed by an action
2. Go out and get it
a. This is the action that needs to have a system of repetition. If you can replicate it, than you can have someone you hire replicate it.
3. Be happy with the results
